The farm is situated in the countryside but only two miles from the sea and the seaside resort of Cecina Mare, so you can reach the beach along a long promenade or by bike along a path that passes through fields.
Il Mulino & Il Fienile are part of the old farmhouse Fattoria La Palazzeta. Il Fienile is an old hay-barn and is located right by the pool. Il Mulino is the old mill, located the farthest from the pool (up to approx. 50m) and houses apartments with private gardens. A stay here on the farm is comfortable on hot summer days as it set amidst greenery and surrounded by trees. It should be noted that the road between Cecina and Vada runs near to the property and can be busy during the weekends.

In the courtyard you'll find private parking, a laundry, a small playground, a barbeque, a swimming pool and a children's pool, a table tennis table and bocce bowls. Bicycles can be hired also. In the nearby Cecina and Cecina Mare there are several restaurants, pizzerias and shops as well as pharmacies and a doctor's surgery. Tennis and the possibility of horse riding is also available in the area.
The apartments are pleasant and personally decorated with a romantic decor with many flowers and paintings. Apartments at Il Fienile are a little smaller and a little more austere than those at Il Mulino. Apartments at Il Mulino are well equipped and nicely decorated, some with furniture and lamps from IKEA, which is now available in Italy.
All apartments have their own private terrace (Il Fienile) or garden (Il Mulino) on the ground floor with garden furniture where you can eat your lunch or dinner. The gardens at Il Mulino are larger and than those enclosed at Fienile.
The apartments in the old mill are newly renovated and well-furnished. They have an entrance on the ground floor, and measure approx. 87 m² on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the first floor is another living area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom / WC. Apartments come with a furnished private garden of approx. 80 m² (including private car parking).
