Chianciano Terme is 3 km away so with a bit of good will it is quite possible to walk there and visit its many restaurants, shops and cafés.
The villa is spread over three floors. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom.Going down a stone staircase one enters the original milling room, with stone walls and where it is possible to admire the old millstone, and where there is also bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and own bathroom en suite plus one bedroom with two single beds and own bathroom en suite. In an annex next to the villa there is another living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds plus a bathroom with bath tub.
