Not only that, you get a volleyball court on the lawn, and BBQ in the garden and a table tennis table. This quaint old house has been thoroughly restored and converted to four one-bedroom apartments, but today rent the whole house is rented together as one villa to sleep up to 16 people.

The house is an extension of a so-called borgo, that is a small cluster of buildings that originally were part of a major farm. There is now talk of an unusually small one, so it includes only a handful of other smaller houses.

1.5 km to the eatery
When you stay here you have the very nice garden and large 16 x 8 metre swimming pool (depth 130 -150 cm) completely to yourselves. The house is rustic in a cosy way, and it's very well maintained by the two older sisters who own it. Beyond the pool you will find a barbeque, a table tennis table, four mountain bikes and a lawn that can be used for volleyball. About 1½ km from here you will find the nearest restaurant.
Villa le Querce 4 bedrooms - sleeps 8 + 8:
- The house is in three levels. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen with no fewer than 10 (!) gas burners, a great oven, a microwave, a dishwasher (and washing machine) and a suitably large refrigerator. Here is also a living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace and a TV lounge. On the first floor we find two identical one bedroom apartments consisting of a living room with a kitchenette (oven, hob and fridge) and two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor there are also two one-bedroom apartments, arranged in the same way as the apartments on the first floor with the only difference being that in the living room is a sofa bed for two people instead of single beds.
