Tuscany September 2015

A good house for a big group. Not top marks, since there is a lot missing (also look under review). A large lacking, that the local staff don't speak English. They were kind and accommodating, but that isn't enough. We were unsatisfied with the lacking lighting, both indoor and outdoor, and that the internet could be used one day. Bad smell in one the of downstairs bedrooms. The pool is fresh and good, but the pillows in the hammocks were old and need replacing. A beautiful house, and we thrived with the comfortable terrace under roof, where we ate all of our meals.

Defect bulbs here and there in the house. No work light at the grill and pool house. Broken outdoor lighting. Microwave didn't work. Too few wineglasses and dull knifes in the kitchen. Bad smell in one of the downstairs bedrooms.
