Less then 7 km outside Colle di Val d'Elsa you find the small farm Buliciano. Here they produce the excellent Tuscan sheep's cheese pecorino, or cacio, as it is often called by the locals. On the 120 hectares belonging to the farm there is plenty of space both for the sheep to graze and for guests to take long walks.
The farm consists of a series of smaller houses once occupied by the farmers or used as farm buildings or barns. Today two of the houses have been converted to six guest apartments. The apartments are attractive and furnished in rustic style. All the apartments have washing machine and dishwasher!
