Borgo Antico is a beautiful farmhouse on the high hills separating the wide green Valdichiana from upper Tevere valley which opens up before our eyes like a vast amphitheater of hills.
It is an ideal place for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday, in close contact with nature and the ancient traditions, away from the bustle of the city.
Rural, Idyllic and full of history
The imposing old stone house Borgo Antico is located not more than 20 km from Cortona. Today it has been renovated and tastefully converted.
The house comprises three floors and its 230 m² can accommodate maximum 16 persons. In the large garden there is a 12 x 6 m swimming pool surrounded by sun umbrellas, sun loungers and garden tables.
The owner is absolutely very hospitable and on request can do the shopping for the day of arrival and every Tuesday , he can prepare typical Tuscan dinners.

Villa plan
- On the ground floor there is a large dining room with magnificent rustic stone walls, kitchen with dishwasher, and toilet.
- On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with single bed, and two bathrooms.
- On the second floor there is a living room with sofa bed sleeping two, and two bedrooms with double bed, each with its own bathroom.

On the second floor there is another living room with a sofabed for two and two bedrooms with double bed, both have own bathroom. Next to the villa is a little house which functions as an annex with a bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
