All around you will be unspoiled nature, fresh air and a very peaceful setting - your nature loving hearts will be delighted! Casale Aiola is part of a larger farm, located halfway between Cortona and Città di Castello, specifically 30 kilometres from the first and 25 km from the last.
Two pools and spacious garden
Here, it is only five miles to the small town of S. Pietro a Dame, where you will find a bar and restaurant, while it is 13 km to the nearest shopping facilities in Trestina. Casale Aiola has until recently been hired as a number of separate occasions, which is why there are many kitchen corners and an unusual amount of facilities in the garden. In the large garden below the house you will find: a tennis court (bring your own balls and rackets), boccia bowling, table tennis and two swimming pools: one for adults of 16 x 9 metres (depth 1.40 metres) and one for children 8 x 4 metres (depth 70 cm), and a little further from the house, you also find a fish pond!

Relax outdoors
On one side of the house there is also a large pergola with a table, chairs and a barbeque. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and satellite TV. The owner lives with her family in a part of the large building, but you will have your exclusive space including the swimming pools and tennis court. There are quite large differences in levels of the grounds, so it is not suitable for people with disabilities.

- The house is approx. 240 m² and is located on three levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor (access via external staircase) there is a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people, a second living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. From the first floor you have access to a living space in the attic consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, one single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the second floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
