- Ground floor: from the large portico with table and chairs you enter a large living room with a fireplace, kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with a toilet and shower and a reading room with a double sofa bed. Down a few steps and you are in a rustic kitchen leading out to the garden on the swimming pool side.
- First floor: on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and bath. A few steps up and you reach another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower and access to the large panoramic terrace.
The nearest shops are approx. 3 km from the house. In cortona (5 km) you will find all the shops you need including eateries for all tastes and pockets. Cortona has a lively town centre which is popular with tourists, and from the town you can enjoy a view of Lake Trasimeno.
