Villa Sant'Agata is 19th century farm house which is just 7 km from the beautiful town of Cortona where the hills descend to the eastern plains of Valdichiana. The setting has natural beauty which is enhanced by the various animals which are breed on the farm.
Restored to reveal its former glory of the late 1800s the farm house is furnished in period antiques and exudes everything that is Tuscany. Outside the house and garden is encompassed by a stone wall ensuring privacy and security. With large shady trees, swimming pool, gazebo with BBQ and oven guests can feel completely catered for with out ever leaving the grounds.

- First floor: light, airy sitting room, double bedroom with single bed added, bathroom with shower, large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub.
