Casa Rovai is a small charming "guesthouse" which is located in Florence's historic centre, close to both the Duomo, Santa Croce and the Palazzo Vecchio. It has a truly special atmosphere.
The owners have preserved the original style with antique furniture and old frescoed ceilings and walls, which helps to give the place a truly special atmosphere.
Set in a historic palace
Stay in this palace building on the first floor (no lift) which has been in the family for over 100 years. In 2005 they decided to transform it into a bed & breakfast with a strong emphasis on preserving as many original features as possible. You will therefore really appreciate the character, style and atmosphere.

Yet with a modern twist
There are modern additions which can be useful and especially worth noting is the breakfast room with the internet point. In addition to the breakfast room there is a living room and a small terrace at your disposal where you have free supplies of mineral water, just as there are coffee and tea facilities for common use.
