Residence Michelangiolo is situated in one of the more exclusive areas in Florence on Viale Michelangelo. The Villa dates back to 1917 and has been tastefully renovated to accommodate its 11 large self contained rooms. Although on the opposite side of the river Arno from the likes of the Duomo and the Ufizzi Gallery the public transport or surprisingly efficient taxi service will have you in the city centre in around 5 minutes.
The Residence is surrounded by a large and relaxing garden which is perfect for a good book and some sunbathing. It also offers space for the kids to run and play in safety as the entire Villa has electronic security gates and doors.

The rooms are spacious and attractively decorated with the high ceilings accentuating the Villas grandeur, as do the generously sized bathrooms. All rooms contain a freestanding closet kitchenette (except the Junior Suite), air-conditioning, two direct line telephones, safe, mini bar, hair drier and broadband internet connection.
There are 3 types of rooms for you can choose from:
Standard Room on the first or second floor contains a room with double bed or two single beds and bathroom. The mini bar is free but you are charged for breakfast.
Superior Room also on the first or second floor contains double bed or two single beds and bathroom. As with the standard room the mini bar is free but you are charged for breakfast. The guest also receives a gift basket with Italian coffee, chocolate, crackers, marmalade, instant coffee, a selection of teas, milk and juce. Also at extra charge an extra bed is available for these rooms.
Junior Suite on the third floor has double bed, living room with kitchen and bathroom. As with the other rooms the mini bar is free but you are charged for breakfast. The guest also receives a gift basket with Italian coffee, chocolate, crackers, marmalade, instant coffee, a selection of teas, milk and juice. Also at extra charge an extra bed is available for these rooms.
