The farm has just three apartments which are simply decorated but have everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The pool is shared with the owners who live a few km's from the house.
Sun or shade
The three apartments share a spacious swimming pool of 5 x 15 metres with a terrace and sun loungers. Here you can relax in the sun or take some shade under the pine trees. There is also a small changing room here with a hot water shower.

Cook with fresh vegetables & herbs
When you stay here you are welcome to use products grown in the small kitchen garden, and there is also a communal BBQ for you to use. There is a common laundry on site which can be used for a fee and it is also possible to hire bikes.
Must see places nearby
In this area, a visit to Lake Trasimeno and the lovely towns of Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza are recommended. For dining and shopping options you can visit the nearby small town of Foiano della Chiana.
Apartments
Three apartments have been organized in the farm's old buildings which are rented out on a weekly basis. The apartments are simply decorated, yet offer all the amenities like dishwasher, TV, an oven, freezer, toaster and especially a private outdoor area with tables and chairs.
It should be noted that the so-called superstrada is a few kilometres from the house, so you will be able to sense a faint buzz of traffic in the background. A small funicular railway, passing below the valley however, should not disturb you.
