Share one big estate
There is the old villa where the owners once lived, and the neighbouring building called Casa del Fattore where the caretaker used to live. Now both are rented out together and are most suitable for two large families or groups wishing to stay together. The nearest village is Pozzo della Chiana where there are shops and restaurants.
Enjoy the private garden
These two buildings share a large private garden with a wonderful swimming pool (14 x 7, depth 1.2 - 2.5 m). There is a large private terrace where you can gather outside around the pool, or under the gazebo in the shade. There is also a barbeque.

Villa and annex - sleeps 18/20 (350 m²)
- Villa Giola (200 m²) is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room with a fireplace and a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with toilets and shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, microwave, high chair, satellite TV and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Casa del Fattore (150 m²) is located on three levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large living room, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor (which, due to differences in level also has access to the garden) there is an additional living room with a sofa bed for two people and a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the second floor you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.
It should be noted that it will be difficult for more than 14 - 16 people to eat at the same table (the largest found in Casa del Fattore) indoors.
