- The 360 m² living quarters are on two floors. On the ground floor there is a hallway, games room with a billiard table and a football table. There are five bedrooms with double beds (two with en suite bathrooms), two of the bedrooms have provisions for one extra bed each, and two communal bathrooms with a shower.
On the first floor there is a large dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, four further bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
