Location was excellent, perfect for exploring the surrounding areas of Tuscany, the facilities exactly as described. Very calm and quiet, except for traffic noise from highway below and behind (not bothersome to us). Pool was wonderful for kids, parking very narrow in the designated parking areas, great risk of getting a dent in your car door from other vehicles opening their doors.
There was very little in the apartment as far as necessities, no napkins, no salt/ pepper, no paper towels, a half roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy these items. Hadn't counted on that.
Cleaning fee (cash only) is 35 euros, I think your web site said 40.
Would visit again.
