Villa Raffaela is at the end of a no through road surrounded by other villas. It is approx. 900 m from the beach and 600 m from the town centre, where you find shops and restaurants.
The villa houses two apartments, one of which is rented out. There is a large green garden around the house, partly shaded and partly suitable for sunbathing. It has a garden table and chairs.
