Nice location. There is less that 500 metres to shops, restaurants, the square, etc. Spacious apartment. Simple but still nice equipment. It can be a tad cold to stay here in the middle of October. The heater worked only a little - it was something we payed extra for. A narrow driveway to the place, so it can be an advantage to have a small car. Kind people in the reception.
A lot of opportunities for excursions - narrow roads, lots of curves, gradients but great view. Varied and typically Tuscan landscape. Good drive to bigger cities, where there's good roads (Lucca, Pisa, Florence) - so many different opportunities.
