Villa Torresassa is in fact not an old villa, but has been built this millennium in the style of an older building. The villa is actually part of La Vecchia Sassa which has already been offering delightful apartments with a communal pool for several years. With Villa Torresassa though, you get the terrace, the whole house and the swimming pool all to yourselves!

During your holiday here, this beautiful terrace will surely be a haven for relaxing and sharing wonderful days around the pool with your family and friends. It has a tasteful fence all around so it is safe for the children, and what's more, there is a wonderful view from here. The terrace is to the front of the house and can be reached via the living room and the kitchen. The whole house is additionally surrounded by a private garden.
Villa Torresassa is for the discerning traveller who does not want to compromise on comfort during their precious holiday time. There is really everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Of course that means it is air-conditioned, and that there is Wi-Fi. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Villa Torresassa is approx. 270 m² on two floors. On the ground floor you will find spacious accommodation in the form of a living room and a dining room en suite with which you will find a well-equipped, bright kitchen (five ring gas hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). There are also two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, also these each have their own private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two extra bedrooms that you can rent in case that you need more beds. These two rooms are located right below the ground floor with kitchen and sitting room. As the hill is very steep they also have access directly from the ground - actually from their private terrace that overlook the pool area at Vecchia Sassa. An indoor stair brings you up to the villa, so that you can stay with your relatives and friends and take advantage og Villa Torresassa private pool.
A super fine and charming house. 4 super bedrooms and suite bathroom 2 up and 2 down. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. A big living room, which is connected to the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool every day and there came people along to clean it every night, so it was always lovely. We ingested all of our meals on the terrace which has a lovely view over Tuscany. The town far away on a mountaintop is Volterra. Do note: there is a power pylon about 200m away from the house, which you can see in one of the directions, but it didn't bother us. But it isn't shown in any of the pictures of the house. Those responsible of the house are very friendly and accommodating. You have everything you need. Can absolutely be recommended!
