Il Colle is located in the Pisan hills at Casciana Terme. The nearest restaurant is 500 m away and shopping approx. 1.5 km.
The villa is set in a lovely big garden with garden furniture and barbecue with wood burning stove. There is a spectacular view over the hills from the garden. By the house there is a big swimming pool (15m x 7.5m) with a depth of between 120 and 240 cm. It is open from 1 May till 30 September.
