The villa sits high in the landscape (450 m above sea level), making it quite cool even in the height of summer. If you have to go to Loro Ciuffenna, it is a lovely walk along a small path (approx. 25 mins), or take the road approx. 3 km which takes you along 700 metres of unpaved road to start with.
Around the villa there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture, table tennis table, toys for the children and a 5 x 10 m swimming pool with fantastic views.

The villa's 160 m² are split over two floors. On the ground floor there is the impressive loggia, where you can eat outside most of the year, hall, and living room with fire place, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, bedroom with two single beds, and bathroom. The villa also has a washing machine, a dishwasher and satellite TV.
