You and your family can enjoy a holiday in serene and peaceful in beautiful surroundings in this house high up on a hill approx. 430 metres above sea level. This means that air conditioning is totally unnecessary. The little house has been recently renovated and is now a cute little holiday home in mountain style and furnished with good solid quality wood.
Everything is very nice lyset up here and that applies to the outside layout also. There is a barbeque at the house, and a few steps from the top of the house is the pool of 8 x 4 ½ metres (150 cm deep) from where you have the most amazing views of the forests, hills and all the way to the sea: you can make out the cities such as Pisa and Livorno, and on clear days even Castiglioncello! Close to the pool there is a large wooden table with benches. It is 1 ½ km from Fiano, where there is a bar, a small grocery store and a restaurant where you pay very little but eat really well. The last 150 metres to the house runs along a gravel road.

- The house 70 m² over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a television and DVD player and a kitchenette (three burner stove and a fridge with a freezer compartment). On the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds (good quality), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
NB.: Sometimes dangerous scorpions are found in the area around the house, but on the other hand, there are screens on the Windows to keep them out.
