A pleasant and recently restored house located in quiet surroundings overlooking olive groves and woods on the hills south of Lucca. The nearest shops are approx. 1 km away and the nearest restaurant 1.5 km.
The place is ideal if you enjoy walking in the country, and want to visit the well known sights in Tuscany. Lucca is only 13 km away, Pisa 29 km and Florence 73 km. It is also relatively easy to get to the sea as the sandy beaches at Versilia are approx. 35 km away.

By the house there is a swimming pool (4 x 8 m and 1.4 m deep) for the private use of the guests. There is also a furnished outdoor terrace with barbecue. The owner lives nearby and produces wine and olive oil, which you can buy from him. Please note that the last 400 m to the house is via a gravel road which goes through a ford. Therefore we would not recommend renting the house to anyone, who intends arriving in a sports car or other low vehicle.
The house is split over two floors and is pleasantly furnished.
- On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, dining table, double sofa bed and TV as well as a kitchen with oven, freezer and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a bathroom with toilet and shower.
- On the first floor, which is accessed via an outdoor staircase, there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms have contact with the ground floor via an intercom.
There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine.
The swimming pool is open from 1 May till 30 September.
