Old restored farmhouses 7 km from Lucca in the green hills that are so characteristic for this Tuscan province. The nearest shops are just 200 m away. The sandy beaches at Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are approx. 30 km away.
Each house has its own terrace with garden furniture in the large garden. Here you will also find a raised up swimming pool (9 x 6 m and 1.2 m deep). A road with very little traffic runs near the houses.
