You can choose between four apartments (there are 5 in total) that share the saltwater pool and the cosy garden with large bamboo trees and garden furniture. After a day of wandering in the city, you can even return here and light up the BBQ!
Il Parco is located in the district of San Marco, which is approx. 600 - 700 metres from Lucca's impressive old city walls that surround the historic centre. You can easily see the impressive sights on foot or even by bike like the locals do. Due to the fact that Il Parco has a city centre location, you should expect some traffic noise.

You can arrive and get around here without a car in-fact, unless of course you want to use it for trips to Pisa perhaps or the beaches of Viareggio. The apartments have a large car park with electric locking gates where it is safe to leave your car.
The apartments at Il Parco all vary in size and decor but they all have air conditioning and satellite TV and their own small patio with a table and chairs and a barbeque. For a surcharge it is possible to connect to the internet. There is a communal washing machine for use of all guests.
This large apartment is about. 84 m² and is located on the ground floor. It contains a small kitchen with a 2 burner stove and microwave. The large living room has a sofa (sofa bed for 1 person), a dining area with table and chairs and a sleeping area with a double bed. In the middle of the room there is a large pool table, however, is only for show and not to be used as it is an antique. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. There is a private outdoor area with table and chairs in front of the apartment.
The apartment is approx. 50 m² and is located with entrance on the ground floor. It consists of an open great room on two levels and includes a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people. On the second level we find another sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is located right next to the pool.
This apartment is about 45 m² and is located on the first floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (no door) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upon entering the apartment you will find a small terrace furnished with a table and chairs.
This apartment is about 65 m² and is located on the ground floor. It consists of a lounge, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed for one person, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
