The house is of recent construction and you cannot call it either classic Tuscan or an architectural gem. In particular, the ground floor is mediocre, but the impression will be much better when you get up to the huge bright living room on the first floor, which arguably is a class above the lower floor.

You can enjoy the peace and privacy of the lovely garden behind the house with its dense hedge all the way round, a lush green lawn and a large BBQ grill. The is a large swimming pool (12 x 6) with sun loungers and a table and chairs where you can relax outside and enjoy your own private oasis.
On the ground floor there is a hall, a living room, two bedrooms each with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a very large and bright living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a nice open kitchen with a stove with six burners, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a double bedroom, a passage room with a bunk bed, a bathroom and access to a covered terrace. The villa also has a washing machine.
