Note that the pool is not suitable for young children as it at its lowest point is 120 cm. deep.

The villa comprises about 220 m2. and is spread over three floors. On the lower floor you will find a spacious living / dining room with kitchen (with gas stove, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, kettle and toaster), a freshly decorated interior with good sofas and access to the porch with a table and chairs where you can dine out in the open. In addition there is a small room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor, reached via an outside staircase, you find a bedroom with access to a small, furnished terrace, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a small, furnished, communal terrace and a bathroom and a room with shower .
