When the sun is out on its highest in Italy, it can be nice to have a private pool to refresh yourself. The swimmingpool in Casa Rosda covers 8 x 4 m. And is 130-160 cm. deep. Hanging around the pool and reading a book or going out visiting historical sites and medieval towns, is the choice you have. When you decide to stay around the house, do not forget to light the barbecue and enjoy a diner al fresco with the family under the porch.
Discover Lucignano and the rest of the region
Visit the picturesque medieval town Lucignano, built on a hill and surrounded by an impressive fortress at just 1.5 km from you place. Here you can admire fabulous churches, talk to locals who are very friendly and enjoy a good meal at one of the cozy restaurants. Hook in on exciting excursions to other interesting places in the area, for instance Arezzo, beautiful Siena or exclusive Florence. You live about 10 kilometers away from the A1 motorway.
Tuscan villa with high quality
You hace plenty of space for the whole family with three floors and an annex. The decor is comfortable and matches the rustic, Tuscan style, but it should be noted that it can be experienced as a little dark inside. In turn, the outdoor area is bright, beautiful and well maintained, and very likely it is out in the sunshine, where you're going to spend most of your time. The house is equipped with modern facilities such as Wi-Fi (extra charge), washing machine, dishwasher, TV and more. In addition, there is parking and a fitness room in the basement of the annex.
The villa at Casa Rosada
The villa covers about 250 m2 and three floors and an annex. On the ground floor you will find a lovely porch (terrace) with table and chairs for outdoor dinner, a daily living and dining room, a good equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor (accessible via both an internal and an external staircase) you will find a living room, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be put together) and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor (accessible via an internal staircase) you will find a bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The annex (accessible via an internal staircase) consists of a living / dining room with kitchenette, a double room and a small room with a single bed and an extra bed that can be pulled out. In addition, a bathroom with shower. There is a small gym in the basement of the annex, a few steps down. Here you will find an exercise bike and other exercise equipment. The pool can be heated for a fee.
