Here you stay in the scenic hills, just two kilometres outside of the charming and medieval little town of Lucignano. You'll find some great restaurants and much atmosphere in this town.
Around the house is a lush garden that is fenced all around and in which you will find the swimming pool of f 9 x 5 metres (depth 1.2 to 1.8 metres), garden furniture and a barbeque. The furnishings are simple but functional. The house has no means of heating.

5 bedroom villa - sleeps 10/12 (approx. 180 m²):
- The villa is on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and a bricked kitchenette (a four ring hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer compartment), two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms with double beds, one with a private bathroom with a toilet and a bath, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is no connection between the ground floor and first floor, so the top floor is accessed via an exterior staircase.
