Good location
To get to the house you from the road about 300 m along a gravel road, which means that you are away from a little traffic that are in the area. You can find the nearest shops and restaurants around 3 km away in Lucignano, while in Sinalunga (10 km) there are several supermarkets and a greater variety of dining options.
Three spacious apartments
The house is divided into three neat and newly furnished and spacious apartments. There is also a common covered terrace (loggia) where there is plenty of space to enjoy the holiday together, a laundry and a barbeque.
The villa at La Contea
The villa is split into three independent apartments which are rented together. On the ground floor there is an apartment of approximately 55 m² which has an entrance from the large covered terrace where you certainly going to take most meals when you eat in the house. The apartment on the ground floor consists of a living and dining room with a dining table where all 12 guests can sit together, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (can be prepared up as a double bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the first floor there are two independent apartments with separate entrances. Both have a living room with a small kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (can be made up as a double bed) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. In an annexe at the pool you will find a second bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine.
