With just 3 km to the idyllic little town of Lucignano, between Siena and Arezzo, Villa Fosca is a great choice if you want both something to see and rural peace and quiet. The whole family can enjoy scenic hikes in the country and a holiday of discovery in Tuscany.

Have fun by the pool

A large covered terrace runs along two of the four sides of the villa and provides cool shade in the hottest part of the day. There is a swimming pool of 12 x 6 metres (depth 0.90 - 1.60m) in the garden with sun loungers, and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy dining outside in comfort and fun days in and around the pool. The owners house is nearby, which is another villa with an independent entrance. The owners are completely at your disposal should you require any assistance during your stay.

Visit Lucignano and around

There are plenty of opportunities for a holiday of discovery here in the Tuscan countryside. Lucignano is a pretty and historic town with a location on a hilltop and ancient fortified walls all round. The equally beautiful medieval town of Monte San Savino is just approx. 9km away full of fascinating historic discoveries. For bigger cities, Arezzo is approx. 30 km and Siena is approx. 48 km away. Equally from here you can cross the border to Umbria to the east and visit the marvellous Lake Trasimeno around 35 km away.
