This spacious villa is situated on a top of a hill in Tuscany in a unique and tranquil location close to the medieval city of Lucignano, and from where you can enjoy splendid views of the valley below. If you want to ensure that you have enough room for all the family and friends, and have nobody sleeping in the living rooms, then Villa Le Rondini would suit you perfectly.
With no less than 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, a billiard room and much more, it is difficult to feel confined here. Inside the house there is abundant charm with many original features such as exposed beams and some fine antique furniture. It has modern facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, oven and satellite TV.

From the large garden you can enjoy wonderful views over the surrounding landscape. Even the swimming pool is larger than usual here, 14 x 6,5 m. Since the main road from Siena to Betolle passes through the valley below the house, we should mention that there is some noise, although it is impossible to see the actual road. We would also like to remind you that the owner lives in a part.
A wonderful house where there is access to everything! Swimming pool with sun beds, rooms with private bathroom, kitchen, large living areas. The house also had a large garden, some with lush green lawn and part with lots of trees and shrubs. The site is ideally located for what you want to do and see. The proximity to the highway makes it quick and easy to get to various places in Tuscany.
When we booked it said that the proximity to the highway could interfere with acoustics. We never heard the highway.
We stayed 18 people in the villa and all had plenty of room. There was a large kitchen, but also two other smaller kitchens, upstairs in the main building and one in the neighbouring building.
We even organized two parties with catering, which In-Italia helped us with. Great food and it was just after my image of Italy, typical Italian dinners for the large family. Let catering determine the food, let them know in advance if there are any who do not eat meat or have any allergies. They will choose the best food available and cook it on in Tuscan and delicious way.
The village of Lucignano - to get to it you need to take a car. Taxis are not available in the area. The village is really beautiful and there are several good restaurants.
