Villa Martine is located 4 km outside the enchanting small medieval town of Lucignano in Valdichiana. This is one of the largest of the Apennine valleys and leads to the shores of Lake Trasimeno and the ancient Sienese towns of Etruscan origin Chiusi and Montepulciano.
This splendid and lovingly restored farmhouse covers 500 m² and can accommodate up to 18 people. The villa is surrounded by a large shaded garden with cypresses and olive trees, and has a 12 x 6 m swimming pool for cooling off. In the garden you will also find tables, chairs and a barbeque and splendid views towards the old medieval town of Lucignano.
If the seven bedrooms here are not enough, you can always rent the neighbouring Villa Verde to accommodate up to a further 12 people. The nearest shops are 3km away, it is 30km from Arezzo, 50km from Siena and 90km from Florence.

- On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. On the first floor there is yet another kitchen/dining room and a sofa bed for two, three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
The building also has an independent apartment consisting of a large halleway, a living room with fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom. The villa has a washing machine and dishwasher.
