Here you can sleep upto fourteen people in total and is located near to another villa - Villa Martina which can be rented together for a larger group if you wish.
The villa enjoys a beautiful location and has good views over the lush landscape. In the garden there are oak trees, cypresses and olive trees and a lovely 12 x 6 m swimming pool with outdoor furniture for lounging and dining and a barbeque. In addition to the garden at the villa, it is furthermore surrounded by a larger park which you can explore freely. It should be noted that you can sometimes hear a little noise from the road when outside the house. Although you cannot actually see the road from the house, as it is relatively far away. The house is equpped with Satellite TV, a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stereo, CD player, iron and wireless internet.

Because the house is on a sloping plot it has two ground floors.
- On the lower ground level there is a large living room, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom/toilet and washing machine, a games room with table tennis and table football.
- On the ground floor there is a large porch equipped for outdoor dining, a living room with kitchenette with dishwasher and sofa bed for two, two bedrooms with double beds (one of them has access to terrace), bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with bath tub.
- On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom.
