The villa is on three levels: GROUND FLOOR: There is a sitting-dining room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bath. On the FIRST FLOOR: There is access both via an internal wooden staircase and an external stone staircase, a large sitting-room with a fireplace, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. In the ATTIC: There is a fairly steep staircase leading to a room with a sofa bed to sleep two people. Equipment includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, freezer, SAT TV, oven, iron and safety deposit box.
