The town can proudly boast having been awarded the European Blue Flag for clean water several times. A short distance away lies the lush pine forest, right in front of the fine sandy beach. The hotel's restaurant is probably the main attraction - especially if you appreciate fish.
The hotel features an exclusive restaurant (see last section) and sun terrace, located on the first floor facing the ocean. If you not want to be on the terrace or the beach all day, you can rent a boat or take a trip by on a bike or on horseback. You will find the charming medieval towns such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima, etc. inland.

The 3-star hotel offers 22 finely furnished rooms, two of which are family rooms, which can be either 3 adults or two adults and two children under 14 years. All rooms come with a spacious balcony or terrace. Half of the rooms have views of the sea and the Tuscan archipelago. They are also all equipped with air conditioning, a mini-bar, internet connection, a safety deposit box, flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a toilet and a large shower and a hairdryer.
The hotel's restaurant is probably the main attraction - especially if you appreciate fish. Chef Umberto Creatini has returned home after many years after having worked in leading restaurants in France, Britain, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Russia, Japan and Dubai. He is among the chefs who have been responsible for the collection of "Livorno kitchen rules". Umberto is not only a good cook, he also has a great knowledge of the coastal history and its influence on cooking and traditions.
The well-appointed restaurant also serves meat dishes and of course pasta. The wine list offers both local products, plus the most famous Italian and international wines ... but give yourself the opportunity to explore this wine region. It is not many kilometres away from the vineyards where Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Masseto are made. As long as the weather permits, you can enjoy tasting Umberto's creations on the terrace.

The room was OK, clean and tidy and was well place with a terrace outside.
The only thing we could complain about, was that the towels hung above the toilet, which was idiotic!
The staff, family were very kind and nice, and we even got a present when we left!
The food is good, maybe we could've wished for a bigger selection, but what we got was fine and good!
Very beautiful room and very fine view. The beds are good. The view is definitely the best part, though. The bathroom is fine, and the service from the reception is very high. The restaurant is fine, but not something to wildly brag about.
The beach water is very clean and it was absolutely one of the best beaches we've visited. Many at the beach, but water quality was fine. Good jogging trips in smaller, hilly terrain in green areas very close to some campsites.
