The road is quite busy during the summer but the village is protected somewhat by the pine forest, so the traffic should not bother you at night. Please note that you must cross the road to get from Boboba Village to the beach.
You can enjoy a swim in the large pool (25 x 12.5 metres - use of swimming cap is mandatory), or relax down on the private beach where you will have a sun umbrella and two deck chairs included the price of the stay. Also, the final cleaning and bed linen / towels and evening entertainment (in Italian) between mid-June to mid-September is included in the price. It is a lively resort so be prepared for some noise and music. When the animation team stops, the beach disco starts at midnight. On site there is also a reception, parking, a bar, a restaurant and a launderette. The nearest shops are in the centre of Marina di Pisa (about 2 km).

The 54 apartments are set in terraced houses on either the ground floor or first floor. They are simply furnished and all have it is only 50 metres to the beach, there are no sea views from the apartments and from their terraces.
The apartments are simply furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a television and a veranda (ground floor) or balcony (1st floor). They consist of a living room with a kitchenette and two sofa chairs or 120 cm wide sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
