All 14 apartments here have a small garden with outdoor furniture, loungers and a barbeque so you have your own private outdoor space. After a day at the pool you can return to your apartment stoke up the barbeque for dinner.
Fenced grounds and large pool
The large property consists of several buildings, which together contain 14 apartments of varying sizes. Each apartment has its own small garden (the apartments are located on the first floor also have large balconies) with a table, chairs, loungers and a barbeque. The houses are situated on a large plot with lawns and pine groves, which is completely fenced, making it an ideal choice for families. This is also underlined by the fact that in addition to a 16 x 8 metre large pool for adults and older children, there is also a large separate children's pool, shaped like a keyhole, with a depth of only 35 cm.

The apartment
All apartments are furnished with a kitchenette with 4-ring hob, an oven, fridge and a coffee maker (and dishwashers for apartments with two bathrooms) and satellite television. There is also Wi-Fi internet, 6 free bicycles, and the nearest tennis court is just 200 metres away.
It should be noted that there is a pylon on the neighbouring estate, whose cables pass Agriturismo La Collinella in their way north. However, the mast is 90 metres away from the pool, and the cables pass at a distance of 50 metres away from the nearest apartments' garden.
