Here you stay amidst the vineyards and olive groves at the foot of Montalcino. Podere La Casa is part of the family business of the people that own and run the famous winery Tenuta Caparzo, known as one of the best producers of Brunello di Montalcino.
Try the local produce
Here they produce for their own consumption wine, vinegar, olive oil, jams, preserves and pork sausages. Everything is done with the old techniques of traditional agricultural and raw materials from their fields.

Accommodation is in cosy farmhouse apartments set amidst the vineyard from which the farm's production of wine 'La Casa' comes from. Podere La Casa is divided into three spacious apartments, all of which are decorated in a suitably rustic style, but at the same time you'll have modern amenities like satellite TV, a dishwasher, good kitchen facilities, central heating (but also fireplace) and an alarm system. A 3000 m² plot surrounds the house with a large terrace with beautiful views and a swimming pool of 15 x 5 metres (160 cm) with sun loungers, locker rooms and showers, parking, a pizza oven and a barbeque. Montalcino with all its shops and restaurants is located just 6 kilometres away.
The apartments at Podere La Casa
Apartment Gelso is 80 m² and is located on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a kitchenette (equipped with a stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher), which has a private garden with a view of Montalcino, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and bath, a bedroom with a narrow double bed (for one person) and another bathroom with a toilet and bath. The apartment has a private garden in front of the entrance door, and also has two private terraces with views of the pool from one.
Apartment Olivio is 90 m² and is located on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and an open kitchen (equipped with a stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher), which offers access to the garden, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a double bedroom and another bathroom with a shower and bath . Both bedrooms have access to a private terrace, one overlooking the pool.
Apartment Loggia is 160 m² and is located on the first floor. The apartment consists of a large living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and an open kitchen (equipped with stove, two refrigerators and dishwasher), a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower, two bedrooms with double beds, one single bedroom and two bathrooms which both have toilets, one with a shower, the other a bath. From the kitchen there is access to the apartment's private covered terrace where there is a table and chairs for four people.
