Cosy house in calm surroundings - needs upgrades.

We rented 3 apartments in the house. There is a cosy house in the middle of the vineyards. Calm and quiet. Good pool and good pool area. We think you could have expected more than you got for the price. We have been to the house before (2008 and 2010), and you can feel that, it needs upgrades.

Loggia:
- The plates and buttons on the stove don't work as they should.
-One of the fridges are bad.
-There is absolutely need for an air condition or some other cooling in Loggia, since it gets very warm in the apartment on the ground floor and where the roof isn't isolated.
-It rained through the chimney one of the days it rained.

Gelso:
The oven was very bad and didn't get warm enough.

General feedback:
The insect net had the same damage which it had in 2010.
There is a lack of service, so you can't have extra guests/ get out of doing the dishes after every meal.
Badly equipped with kitchen equipment, especially knifes for cooking.
General bad lighting in the apartments.
Several of the beds had very hard and uncomfortable mattresses.
We missed towels. There was only one set per bed.
