Lo Stemma is a beautiful stone and brick farm house close to the Village of Monte San Savino. In Valdichiana, San Savino is one of the more prominent villages, mainly due to the countless fairs and cultural folk events that are held during the summer months, but also because of the variety of shopping and dinning.
The house is well furnished inside with traditional wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors. There is also plenty of outdoor space with shady trees through out the garden a swimming pool (12 x 6) and BBQ area complete with outdoor furniture.

The only reason that this house does not cost more is that the motorway is reasonably close and therefore you should not expect total silence, instead you should think exactly how much you are getting for your money.
