Eleanor and her family have decorated their farmhouse in a really nice way and now there are four apartments to rent. There is a pleasant gravel road from the highway to the farm on which you will start to appreciate the beautiful landscape around. The owners live in the first house and guests are accommodated in the second building. The car can be parked under shady trees, and then there are a few steps to the large lawn with the pool and apartments.
No doubt the highlight of this house is the pool area. At the pool you can lie in the sun and sunbathe while enjoying the scenery, or rest in the shade under the huge pavilion which is open on all sides and located between the house and the apartments. Here you can put tables together to sit with other guests or stay privately as you wish. If you are a large group you can rent all four apartments and have the pool and garden with the large outdoor grill and outdoor kitchen to yourselves.
At the end of the house there is also a common area where you can relax inside in the colder seasons. There is an old wine cellar in the basement level which has shared kitchen facilities and a cosy banquet room where you can watch a movie or a football game and make as much noise as you like without disturbing others.
There is no signage for the house, therefore you will be supplied with precise coordinates to find the driveway from the road to the house. Eleonora has chosen to not put up a sign, because she wants that guests are not disturbed by passing tourists looking for somewhere to stay, eat or photograph.
Eleonora is very proud of the feedback she gets from the guests, and we must say that she has done everything possible to create a homely atmosphere with all the obvious comforts you are accustomed to. The apartments all have air conditioning, dishwasher, Wi-Fi internet connection and a good terrace. They are very spacious, but sleeping accommodation is exclusively located in the bedrooms, so no need for anybody to sleep in the living rooms on sofabeds. The decor is classic Tuscan style with a topical twist.
The apartment Girasole is located on the ground floor and is approximately 80 m². It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and a sofa and a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, a Danish coffee maker and a stove with four gas burners and an oven, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower. The living room has access to covered terrace ( portico ) with table, chairs, barbeque overlooking the pool.
Archetto apartment is on the ground floor and is approximately 75 m². It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and a sofa and kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, Danish maker and stove with four gas burners and oven, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. The living room has access to covered terrace (portico) with table, chairs, a barbeque overlooking the pool.

Each bedroom has its own bath with a toilet and shower. From the living room there is access to outdoor terrace small (portico) with a table, chairs and you have access also to the terrace downstairs, which is equipped with barbeque, table and chairs.
