The villa is attractively furnished in good taste, and from the garden and both of the two terraces, the views over the valley Val di Chiana from Arezzo to Monte Amiata are outstanding. The good taste and attention to detail throughout the villa gives the impression of a private home rather than a rental home. The kitchen features a pair of stoves dating from the late 1800's and some really interesting old framed documents adorn the walls. Admire the great view and good pool
Outside, in addition to barbeque and garden furniture you will find the 12 x 6 metre large swimming pool with an attached bathroom and shower. From the large living room there is access to the main terrace and loggia, located on either side of the house. It should be noted that it is possible to stay outside on all four side of the villa, so you can enjoy the sun all day, or the shade, as you prefer.
