This classic farm house is neatly perched in the hills near Monte San Savino. The village, which is around 1 km away, has somewhat of an artistic heritage as it is the birthplace of the famous renaissance sculptor Andrea Contucci.
Having been renovated to accommodate guests, the old farm house now has a simplistic but certain country charm. It has been furnished in the classic Tuscan rustic style which is called 'Arte Povera' with small personal details here and there and some antique furniture. The interior has all the trimmings that you would expect from a Tuscan Villa including large arches, exposed wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors plus the odd mod con like satellite TV.
