The farm is situated just outside Montecatini Terme, around 2.7 km from the train station in the town centre, and 2km from the highway exit. From the train station in town you can easily reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Pistoia by train.
The owners of the farm are happy to cook for you in their small restaurant if ordered in advance, and include a number of their own home-grown ingredients. The restaurant is sometimes booked by outside groups as well as guests. This farm produces wine, vinsanto, olive oil, vegetables, fruit and honey according to ecological principles, and here are four apartments for rent (and a few chickens and ducks).

Apartments at Borgo della limonaia are not spacious, but they are well-maintained, and since we probably all prefer to sit outside rather than indoors when we're in Tuscany, it is no big problem. On the farm there are two bricked and two portable grills that you can use.
This small apartment consists of living room with a kitchenette, satellite TV and a sofa bed for one person, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A few metres from the entrance door, the apartment has a private terrace with a table and chairs and views of the swimming pool.
The apartment Geranio is basically an independent small house on two floors. On the ground floor we find the living room with satellite TV and a fireplace and a kitchen. On the first floor is a double bedroom, a very small bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a private veranda with a table and chairs.
The apartment Papavero consists of a living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen with wood-fired bread / pizza oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a private gazebo with a table and chairs.
The apartment Girasole consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette and satellite television, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a private terrace with a table and chairs.
