This central Tuscan location means that there is something for all the family. Countryside walks are a plenty for those that like a stroll and fresh air, and if you feeling energetic then there is mini-golf, tennis and various other sports facilities not far from the villa. The village of Montecatini Termini is only 3 km away where you can enjoy dining in a variety of restaurants and enjoy a stroll around the shops. Then of course there are the spas that the area are so famous for. These are set in beautiful parks and gardens and normally offer a range of therapeutic treatments if you want to treat yourself, or be treated for a special occasion!

Gather together around the pool, in the huge garden!
Around the house there is a private plot of 100,000 m² covered partially with olive trees and fruit trees and partly with forest so you get the sense of complete privacy for you and your group. In the large garden there is a pool of 12 x 5 meters (180 cm deep) with a sun terrace. By the pool there are four locker rooms, four bathrooms / toilets, parasols, sun loungers and patio table and chairs. You will also find a small playground, car park and bricked barbeque and a paddock with a doghouse for those guests who wish to bring their pets along on holiday. No problem here, the more the merrier!
Villa sleeps 20 (600 m²):
As a single Villa there is ample space for 20 people with all the mod cons that a large group would require such as satellite TV, play rooms, large living areas indoors and outdoors, and more than 1 bathroom to every bedroom. However, if two groups are travelling together, the house can be divided into two parts. The whole villa is equipped with air conditioning, two dishwashers, a washing machine, satellite TV, in short ... everything you and your family could need for an enjoyable villa holiday.
The left wing - sleeps 16
The left half of the villa consists of: ground floor: entrance into a small living room with sofas and armchairs, TV, bar with a sink, a professional coffee-machine, dining room, kitchen with 2 stoves (one with 4 the other with 5 burners), oven, 2 fridges/freezers, crushed-ice-machine, dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with 1 small bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor there are 6 double bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with twin single beds and 7 bathrooms each with shower cubicle, toilet and a bidet.
The right wing - sleeps 8
Right half of the villa: Entrance on the back of the house on the lower floor: spacious living dining room with sofas and armchairs, table, fire-place, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 1 separate toilet, 1 spacious bathroom convenient for disabled people with a shower, toilet, bidet. A few steps higher there is a play-room. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each with shower cubicle, toilet and a bidet.
