There are four bedrooms in total so there is plenty of room to sleep a family or group of eight people comfortably.

You and your family can enjoy complete privacy in this spacious 5000 m² garden and have fun days in and around the newly built swimming pool of 15 x 5 metres (depth 40 - 150cm), the lower end being suitable for small children. On warm days you can dine and relax outside under the loggia or gazebo in the garden with quality outdoor furniture. You can even stoke up a barbeque and cook al fresco.

Montelopio and around
The medieval village of Montelopio is less than a mile away and the nearest restaurant is 800 metres away. A little further on (2 km) and you will find the charming little town of Peccioli with more shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a bank. The area in general is full of charming little towns that are surrounded by vineyards and spectacular Tuscan scenes right out of a book or a movie scene. It is a wonderful area to explore on foot, by bike or in the car for family days out.

- The villa is 250 m² and is on two floors . On the ground floor there is a living room with a large fireplace, satellite TV and a sofa set, a dining room with a long table , a kitchen with a four burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer compartment, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with two single beds (with the possibility of adding an extra bed) with a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed (with the possibility of an extra bed) with a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have satellite TV and a fireplace. From the first floor a spiral staircase leads up to the old pigeon loft which has been converted into a small living room with a sofa and a nice view of the countryside.
