There is plenty of space for your family or large group to sleep up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Here you stay in a peaceful setting yet are not too far from Montepulciano, Pienza and some other lovely typically Tuscan villages.
Relax in the garden
The house has a nice garden with garden furniture from where you can enjoy the peaceful, almost idyllic setting. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with sun loungers and parasols is 6 - 8 steps below the garden. There is no traffic near the house, as the last 300 metres of road to the house is a gravel road. The nearest shops are about 3 km away. The nice host family live nearby and often come by to tend the garden.

Visit medieval towns and cities
A visit to Montepulciano (6 km) and the other towns nearby, including Pienza is highly recommended. If you are happy to drive a little further then we recommend that you visit the cities of Siena and Arezzo, and Orvieto in Umbria is also within reasonable distance.
5 bedroom Villa - sleeps 9:
House 140 m² divided into two levels.
- From the terrace you enter a combined living and dining room with a kitchenette. It connects to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
- The first floor will take you to an external staircase and a further 8 - 10 step inside. Here you will find a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a single bedroom and two bathrooms with a toilet and shower.
The house is equipped with washing machine.
