From the farm you can see for miles across the hilly landscape, which is covered in vineyards. You can wander amongst the vines and up to the historic town of Montepulciano, or even take the bikes.
The main building has been beautifully restored with respect for the building's origins. It has original terracotta floors and exposed beams in the ceilings of the stylish and well-appointed apartments, two of which are let through in-italia. The nearest shops are approximately 2 km away and there are several good restaurants in Montepulciano.

The outdoor area is really nice and well kept, with lawns, shrubs, trees and roses. In the midst of all this, there is a furnished terrace and below there is the pool (17 x 9 m) with sun loungers and parasols. In a corner of the garden there is a bocce court and a playground with swings and slide.
In a newer building there is a reception desk and a dining room serving the buffet breakfast, which can be ordered and paid for on the day. You can also make use of a shared washing machine and (poorly maintained) mountain bikes.
Sanguineto houses nine apartments in total. In-Italia has chosen the best six to offer you.
