The converted farm house Borgo di Alica is located in the small village of Alica. The building dates back to the 18th century and has recently been renovated and converted to four delightful apartments.
The apartments are all different but they all overlook the valley. They have rustic furniture and are equipped with kitchen, bathroom and satellite TV. By the house there is a splendid swimming pool (6 x 13 m), which is open from 1 May till 30 September.

The owners produce a robust red wine and excellent olive oil and both are for sale on site. A couple of times a week – and to order - Mrs. Clara also arranges a traditional dinner using the farm produce and the local specialities at a modest price.
The apartments are spacious and renovated in old farmhouse style. Some of the features are debatable, but others are perfectly suited to the brick walls of the house. There are four allocated parking spaces opposite the house, and use of a shared washing machine costs extra.
