Lovely holiday in Tuscan hills with pool and wonderful food at the restaurant
Mood filled villa with history and super service. The reception at the place is the lifeblood, with booking tennis, restaurant, breakfast along with purchasable ice cream, coffee, wine, tomato sauce, etc.
Fantastic restaurant - can only recommend eating there as often as possible! (When it is open)

The ideal frame for relaxing and experiences for the family
We had a lovely holiday at Villa Grassina, which fully met our expectations and more. The place is located high up and the view is fantastic. We ate in the restaurant a single time and also enrolled for their pool-arrangement. The kitchen is warmly recommended, the food is authentic and you get plenty of opportunity for tasting the Tuscan specialities. The hostesses are very accommodating and can give some great tips regarding trips in the nearby area. The apartments are fine and ours was spacious - very good room for the 5 people. We expect to come back.
Recommendations for future guests
Shopping in COOP in Pontassieve 15 min drive.
Take the train from Pontassieve to Florence so you avoid parking problems.
The town of Poppi is worth a visit - small and cosy, see the castle.
You can wash your clothes at the place.
